Hey, sometime you see someone riding a kite with shorter length than normal. but the most you see them riding with longer line.
Why this happen?
Just keep in mind. the shorter line the less power of kite and longer line is more power. But with the short line the kite will move faster when you control and opposite for longer line. you just remember that do not learn deep inside more )))
When using the shorter line than normal?
In real, when you are stage 1 (land lessons) in kitesurfing course we will set up with shorter line of control bar. This help Us more safer in learning.
When the strong wind but you have no small kite then we will shorter line for less power. but in this case. you should stop kiting this safety for you.
When using the longer line like normal?
When your lessons on the water then we will use the longer line.
When you can ride kite alone by yourself. I mean you completed the course and can play kite with your confidence )))
