Well, in basically you can used any method to check after that base on your experienced and making decide for your need.
I often check wind and wave forecasts via windguru.cz and windy.com for kitesurfing and surfing in Mui Ne.
Just enter your location that you want to check then them will show up around 6 days forecasts for windy and 15 days for windguru.
The both have free version and fees version but of I just use free version that enough.
What you can see in them?
There are a lot of things about wind and waves you can check on them. like: Tide, wind speed, wind direction, wind gusts, high waves, waves period, waves direction…
How about the forecast accurate of Them?
In my opinion I can say they are exactly around 80-90%. In real I combined both when i check after that I made assess and give decision basic available data of both for surfing and kitesurfing.
Why we need forecasts wind and wave?
You need to know about the wind and wave then you can prepare suitable equipment. You don’t want just watching when you go to the sea because you had bring wrong gear right?
In my job I need them for feedbacks to my customers when they book me for courses about kite and surf in Mui Ne.
And many other things needed before you go to the beach and enjoy these sports.
